HOLLYHOCKS Black Knight – 1) Full sun to partial shade. 2) Rich, well drained soil. 3) Biennial, but establish a stand of hollyhocks theyll reseed each year. 4) Water from below. 5) Height – around 8 ft. 6) Attracts butterflies hummingbirds. Idea: demo yarn and fabric dyeing with Hollyhock

Supremely different to other Sweet Williams with 2cm (3/4 in) fragrant blooms of deepest maroon-chocolate on red stems and mid green foliage which matures to metallic mahogany. An excellent cut flower
